Getting Started Start here if you are new. These articles explain what JobHuntrX is, what is real today, and how to get oriented fast.
What JobHuntrX does JobHuntrX helps you turn job leads into tracked opportunities, tailored application materials, and clear next steps. First 10 minutes Start with one real opportunity, get it into Tracker, and make sure you know where Today, Tracker, Agent, and Inbox fit. Demo data vs real workspace Some surfaces use sample data on purpose. Your signed-in seeker workspace is where your real opportunities live. Early access limits JobHuntrX is still in early access, so some features are intentionally narrow and some flows are still sample-only.
Seeker Workflow Use these when you are actively adding jobs, preparing materials, and moving real opportunities forward.
Add a job manually Use manual add when you want to create a clean Tracker row yourself. Paste a job URL Paste a job URL when you want to start from a link but still review the role yourself. Import reviewed JobSpy results Use this when you already have reviewed JobSpy output and want to bring it into JobHuntrX safely. Generate a fit brief Generate a fit brief when you want a fast explanation of strengths, gaps, and what to emphasize. Generate a cover letter Generate a draft cover letter when you want a faster first version, not a final send-ready document. Track an application Track an application when a role becomes real enough that you want visible status and next-step follow-up.
Tracker / Pipeline These explain how your opportunity list works once a job is in Tracker.
What each status means Statuses show where an opportunity stands right now. How next steps work Next step is the simplest answer to “what should I do with this opportunity now?” How duplicates are handled JobHuntrX tries to avoid noisy duplicate rows and duplicate notes when the same opportunity comes back through another source. What origin means Origin tells you how a role first entered your workflow.
Email Reconciliation These explain what email evidence does today and what it does not do yet.
What reconciliation does Reconciliation compares open tracked opportunities against imported/local email evidence already stored in JobHuntrX. What imported/local evidence means Imported/local evidence means email content that is already stored in JobHuntrX. Already tracked vs new opportunity Reconciliation is usually deciding whether new email evidence belongs on an existing tracked job or points to a separate opportunity. What is not live Gmail sync yet JobHuntrX does not currently offer live Gmail sync in this seeker help flow.
Recruiter Demo These are for recruiter design partners and demos. This section is sample-data only.
What the recruiter demo is The recruiter demo is a read-only sample workflow for design review, not a live recruiting workspace. What Caroline should evaluate Caroline should evaluate whether the recruiter demo makes fit review, evidence, and next actions easy to understand. What is fixture-only Fixture-only means the recruiter content is intentionally synthetic, read-only demo data. What is not a full ATS yet The recruiter demo is not a full ATS yet. What is recruiter-candidate sync? Recruiter-candidate sync keeps availability, resume positioning, and evidence fresh before submission. How would availability sharing work? Availability sharing lets a consultant or job seeker tell an approved recruiting or staffing firm when they are open to new opportunities. How would resume and evidence update requests work? Firms request refreshed resume or evidence after submission feedback. What is a fit-aligned submission pack? A submission pack includes fit reasoning and gaps addressed — not just a forwarded resume.
Account, Privacy, Support These cover early access, privacy basics, billing status, and how to get help.
Early access JobHuntrX is still in early access, so account access is intentionally controlled. Billing status Billing is not the main story for this help flow right now. Privacy basics Your signed-in workspace and imported/local email evidence should be treated as private working data. How to contact support Use the Help Center to browse articles first, then ask a question, then confirm escalation only if you still need help. How do I export my workspace data? Export your JobHuntrX workspace for portability and exit safety.

When to use it JobHuntrX helps you turn job leads into tracked opportunities, tailored application materials, and clear next steps.
Exact steps Use JobHuntrX when you already have a role in mind and want help evaluating it, preparing materials, or tracking progress. Open `Today` or `Tracker` after sign-in if you want to work inside your real workspace. Open `Agent` if you want to paste messy input such as an email, job post, or recruiter message and turn it into reviewable actions. Use `Inbox` only for imported/local email evidence already stored in JobHuntrX. Expected result You understand that JobHuntrX is a workflow tool for evaluating, preparing, and tracking opportunities, not a public job board.
What to do if confused If the screen you are on looks like sample data, check whether you are in the recruiter demo or public demo instead of your signed-in workspace.
