Consultants share availability and resume updates with recruiters. Recruiters match that evidence to requirements, create stronger submission packs, and return feedback that strengthens the next opportunity. Company review can be added later when a firm wants a client-facing shortlist surface.
Solo
Paste a job, see a credible fit read and gaps, then move into workspace tracking and deeper drafting support. Session Zero works without an account; workspace saves and tracks for early-access cohorts.
Firm
Design-partner program for independent recruiters and firms that place candidates or consultants on client engagements. Client req intake, bench roster, availability updates, submission packs, and placement pipeline — pricing finalized during pilot.
Company
Optional future preview for firms that want clients to review fit-backed shortlists in a cleaner portal. Open reqs, shortlist review, structured feedback, and interview requests follow the recruiter workflow rather than becoming the first adoption wedge.
Shared engine
Fit briefs, evidence items, draft generation, pipeline tracking, and contact graph — the same primitives across Solo, Firm, and optional Company review. No separate ATS; one acceleration engine with role-specific views.
