What we collect

• Account email and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
• Job postings, contact notes, documents, and imported emails you add to your workspace.
• Support questions when you contact us through the Help Center.
• Saved evidence profiles: resume text, extracted skills, and evidence notes you upload or paste to your workspace profile. These are retained until you delete them or your account data is removed.
• First-preview analysis: pasted job text and optional resume text are processed to generate your preview and are not stored unless you save to a workspace.

How we use it

Data powers fit briefs, cover-letter drafts, and application tracking inside your workspace. AI features may send job text and saved resume or evidence excerpts from your profile to configured model providers to generate fit briefs, cover letters, and related previews; we do not sell personal data. Before your first saved resume upload, you acknowledge that excerpts may be sent to those providers.

Where your data lives

Saved workspace data is stored in cloud infrastructure operated for JobHuntrX. We make reasonable efforts to protect availability, security, and integrity of data in our systems, including access controls and incident response appropriate to a beta product.

Export, portability, and exit safety

You own your workspace content. You may export your data from the Help Center at any time for portability — for example when you want an off-platform copy or are planning to leave.

If JobHuntrX were discontinued, we intend to keep export access available during a reasonable notice period when technically and legally possible so customers can retrieve their data and exit without lock-in.

Export is intended for portability and exit safety, not as a required daily workflow. If you move exported files into other services, you control where they go and how long they are retained there.

Retention & deletion

Saved workspace data remains until you delete it from the Help Center or delete your workspace account. Account deletion removes your jobs, CRM data, saved evidence profile, AI settings, and backup destinations from our systems. Session Zero previews without sign-in are not persisted.
