Preview vs workspace

The public sample workflow and first-job analysis use read-only or ephemeral previews. Your private workspace stores saved applications and requires sign-in.

Acceptable use

• No automated scraping, credential stuffing, or abuse of AI or search APIs.
• No sending applications or email on your behalf without your explicit action.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data.

Your data, export, and portability

Bookiji operates JobHuntrX and stores your saved workspace in cloud infrastructure. We work to keep that environment secure and reasonably available. You retain ownership of your workspace content and can export your data at any time from the workspace Help Center.

If JobHuntrX is discontinued, we intend to keep export access available during a reasonable notice period when technically and legally possible so customers can retrieve their data and exit without lock-in.

Export exists for portability and exit safety. If you choose to move exported files into other services, you are responsible for access, retention, and security settings there. JobHuntrX does not store export file blobs once you download or move them out of the product.

Refund Policy

JobHuntrX subscription payments are generally non-refundable due to the immediate provision of AI and search services. If you experience technical issues or billing discrepancies, please contact Billing Support at support@bookiji.com within 14 days of the charge to request a review.

AI Usage & Third-Party Processing

AI-generated fit briefs, resume tailoring suggestions, and cover letters are drafts meant for your review. You are responsible for ensuring all facts and statements are accurate before submitting them to employers. JobHuntrX utilizes third-party large language models to process job descriptions and resume text; we do not use your personal resumes or career details to train public models.
